Since July of 1971, Footsloggers has served the outdoor community. Let us start with the origins of the name of the store, the term "footslogger" can be found in Roget’s Thesaurus under the verb "walk." It is a World War II term meaning "to march or tramp through mud." The title was given to us by our good friend Paul Daimler, who now resides in Connecticut. We still can't think of a better name. By focusing on items that we would purchase for ourselves, we have a selection of quality goods that offers great value and a long life of use.
