US SHIPPING ONLY

Orders are processed Monday – Friday 9:30 am – 5 pm EST, excluding holidays.  Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays, or on weekends, will be processed the following Monday.  Shipments go out with daily carrier pickup, excluding weekends and holidays.  If your order is processed after the daily pickup, it will ship the following business day.

Footsloggers will choose the most efficient way to ship your package.  We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.  If you require expedited shipping, please call and place your order over the phone during normal business hours, and we will work to accommodate your shipping needs.  Additional charges will apply.

*Free shipping promotions apply only to standard shipping and not expedited shipping.

We use recycled boxes and packing materials with the intent of saving you the cost of new materials and minimizing our impact on the environment.

Item Availability

Items may vary slightly from product images, though we use the most current product images available.  Our inventory supplies our online store, as well as our brick and mortar stores.  We reserve the right to cancel an order if the item is not available for shipment. We may also contact you with an option of back-ordering an item. In some cases, we will employ drop-shipments to fulfill your order directly from our vendors at no extra cost to you. Your credit card will be authorized immediately when ordering online, but will not be charged until your item(s) are ready to ship.  Any questions can be directed to info@footsloggers.com.
