Returns
Thank you for shopping at Footsloggers! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow these simple steps to return your item to Footsloggers, and we will gladly exchange or refund the cost of the item.
Guidelines:
- We accept returns at any of our stores, as well as by mail.
- Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original order date.
- Items must be in new and unused condition, and in original product packaging.
- Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Shipping will be charged for exchanges based on shipping method chosen on original order, unless otherwise specified.
- A completed Footsloggers Return Form (available for download) must be included with the item(s).
- If a refund is desired, a credit for the sale amount will be issued within five business days of receiving the item(s).
- For safety and hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on climbing equipment, sunglasses, and underwear.
To return the item:
- Download and complete the Footsloggers Return Form
- Pack and ship your item back to us at the address below with the completed return form. Don’t forget to insure the shipment!
- Sit back and relax. Maybe go for a hike and get outside!
- We will email you once we receive and process your return.
