GSA Outdoor Adventure Patches

Half-day or full-day climbing/rappelling trips offer a balance of recreation, confidence building, challenge, and adventure. Scouts can earn requirements toward one of the Girl Scout Outdoor Adventure Patches:  Rappelling Patch (cadettes and seniors), Adventure Sports Patch (4th-6th graders), and High Adventure Patch (warm up and stretching activities, rock climbing techniques, and knowledge of safety equipment). Guides are happy to answer questions, demonstrate gear and techniques, or discuss any aspect of the sport.
